General Secretary To Lam attends the handover conference of the work of the Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission

(NLDO) - General Secretary To Lam attended the conference to hand over the work of the Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission from Mr. Tran Cam Tu to Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc.

On the afternoon of February 7, in Hanoi , the Central Inspection Commission held a conference to hand over the work of the Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission (CIC). General Secretary To Lam attended and spoke at the conference.

Previously, on February 3, General Secretary To Lam chaired the Conference to announce the Politburo's Decisions on the establishment and appointment of personnel of four Party Committees directly under the Central Committee (Party Committees of Central Party Agencies, Government Party Committee, National Assembly Party Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central mass organizations); on the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and working relationships of three Party agencies at the Central level (Central Party Office, Central Propaganda and Education Commission, Central Policy and Strategy Commission).

Here, General Secretary To Lam congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc on his excellent performance as Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, being elected to the position of Politburo member and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission.

On January 23, the 13th Party Central Committee Conference (Central Conference) implemented a number of contents on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Central Committee agreed to let Mr. Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Inspection Commission - resign from the position of Head of the Central Inspection Commission to focus on performing the duties of Standing member of the Secretariat.

Electing 3 additional members of the 13th Central Inspection Commission, including: Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Nguyen Hong Linh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; Doan Anh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

Elect Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Inspection Commission, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office - to hold the position of Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission.
