Of which, short-term debt balance reached 127,485 billion VND, medium and long-term debt balance was 46,115 billion VND; bad debt accounted for 1.36% of total outstanding debt.
The credit structure is maintained in the direction of focusing on production and business sectors, priority sectors according to the Government's policy, actively supporting businesses and people, in line with the economic structure of the province; the proportion of outstanding loans in the fields of Agriculture - Construction Industry - Trade and Services is 3.6% - 32% - 64.4% respectively.

To date, bank branches have restructured debt repayment terms for 233 customers, with a total restructured debt value of VND 2,367.5 billion; the total outstanding debt of customers whose debts have not been transferred to the bad debt group due to restructured debt repayment terms and remaining in the same debt group is VND 2,417 billion.
Implementing the Bank-Enterprise Connection Program since the beginning of the year, banks have disbursed loans of VND 32,480 billion, raising the total outstanding debt to VND 57,686 billion, with 6,502 customers still having outstanding debt (of which 2,214 are corporate customers and 4,288 are other customers). The outstanding debt restructured through the program reached VND 742 billion for 25 customers, supporting interest rate reduction for 156 customers with outstanding debt of VND 1,570 billion.
