The conference provided detailed information on interest rate support policies for investment projects in the healthcare sector, as well as instructions on the steps and conditions required for projects to access loans at HFIC.
Specifically, this interest rate support program has a clear, detailed and very specific process and form; loans for both infrastructure construction and medical equipment purchase; some cases of public service units do not need to have counterpart capital; can borrow for many different projects at the same time with interest rate support from 50% - 100% for the maximum loan amount of each project of 200 billion VND; can combine many sources of capital in the financial structure of the project; use assets formed after borrowing as credit collateral; flexible loan term...
Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh, Deputy General Director of HFIC, said that after this conference, HFIC will coordinate with a number of departments, districts, Thu Duc City and the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones to continue to inform about interest rate support policies for projects in priority areas in the city.
