Accordingly, the Health Department Inspectorate has fined 16 million VND to Private Transport Service Enterprise 299 (address: Nguyen Van Kha Street, Ward 8, Cu Chi Town, Cu Chi District) for violations such as not posting prices for medical examination and treatment services; operating without a signboard; not ensuring one of the operating conditions after being licensed.

115 Xuyen Viet Transport Company Ltd., located at 219/6 Au Duong Lan (Ward 3, District 8) was also fined 62 million VND for violations at its extended branch at 51 Au Duong Lan. The violations of this company included not posting prices for medical examination and treatment services and employing practitioners without a practice certificate. In addition, the company's nurse, Tong Duc Toan, was also fined 35 million VND for providing medical examination and treatment without a practice certificate.

Cuong Phuc Tho Trading Service Company Limited, address 18/185 Tran Quang Dieu (Ward 14, District 3) was fined 16 million VND for violations such as operating without a signboard and not keeping a medical examination and treatment book as prescribed by law.

National Emergency Center Company Limited at 3, 35A Trinh Quang Nghi Street (Ward 7, District 8) was fined 12 million VND for violations of not posting prices for medical examination and treatment services and not ensuring operating conditions after being granted an operating license.

115 Niem Tin Viet Company Limited, address 47/23 Street No. 8 (Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District) was fined 31 million VND for violations of not having a signboard, not keeping a medical examination and treatment book as prescribed, and charging medical examination and treatment service fees higher than the listed price.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has organized inspections of compliance with legal regulations for businesses operating in the field of emergency patient transportation in order to promptly detect, correct violations and strictly handle violations in accordance with the provisions of the law, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of health. Up to now, the total number of facilities licensed by the Department to operate in this field is 10, of which, 2 facilities have closed.

The results of the inspection of 8 operating facilities showed that 6 facilities had violations and were proposed to be administratively sanctioned; only 2 facilities complied with the law in providing emergency services and supporting patient transportation.

Among the 6 facilities that have not complied with the provisions of the law, some violations recorded by the inspection team include using personnel who have not been granted a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment and have not registered to practice with the Department of Health; not publicly posting the price list of medical examination and treatment services at the facility, not declaring the collection price according to regulations with the Department of Health; not establishing a book to monitor patient transportation, monitor the expertise of emergency cases, and hospital transfers; not carrying out procedures to request a certificate of advertising content for emergency services, transportation and patient support according to regulations...

The Department of Health also said that in the coming time, it will continue to strengthen coordination with functional forces to detect and handle emergency services, support illegal patient transportation, and inspect compliance with laws, technical regulations, and practice conditions of licensed facilities.
