(Fatherland) - On the evening of January 12, at the Vietnam - Australia Inter-level School in Hanoi , the final gala and award ceremony of the "Search for International Vietnamese Cultural Ambassador" Contest was held.
With the message "The young generation preserves, conserves and promotes the cultural traditions, history, country and people of Vietnam", the contest jointly organized by the Young Pioneer Newspaper and Children's Newspaper attracted the participation of students from primary, secondary and high schools in Hanoi.
On the final night stage, the 72 best contestants competed in presentations, debates, quick question-answering and performances of traditional cultural costumes of different regions. The judges made fair and thorough evaluations based on 50% of the scores from the live competition and 50% from the audience's votes.

At the end of the competition, the Champion title belonged to contestant Wang An Nam, a student of Ngo Gia Tu Secondary School, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. The two runner-up titles belonged to Tran Tue An (6th grade student, Phenikaa Inter-level High School) and Vu Doan Tue Minh (Luong Khanh Thien School, Hai Phong ). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 17 consolation prizes to other contestants.
In particular, the 20 best faces in the contest will represent Vietnam in the international arena in Singapore, scheduled to take place in 2025. This is considered a turning point in promoting traditional Vietnamese culture to the world .
The contest "Searching for International Vietnamese Cultural Ambassadors" is not only a talent playground but also has a profound meaning in arousing national pride, encouraging children to love and preserve traditional values, contributing to spreading traditional Vietnamese cultural values to international friends./.
