Over 190 million VND given as gifts to the disabled and orphans in Yen Son district

- On the afternoon of June 18, the Provincial Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans in coordination with the People's Committee of Yen Son district organized a program to donate wheelchairs to people with disabilities and bicycles to orphaned students and those in especially difficult circumstances in Luc Hanh, Chieu Yen and Quy Quan communes (Yen Son).

The Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans donated wheelchairs to the disabled in Quy Quan, Luc Hanh and Chieu Yen communes (Yen Son).

At the program, the delegation presented 20 wheelchairs and 20 gifts to people with disabilities in Luc Hanh, Chieu Yen and Quy Quan communes; presented 40 bicycles to 40 orphaned, disabled and disadvantaged students of Luc Hanh and Quy Quan secondary schools. At the same time, presented 40 gifts to 40 disabled and orphaned people of Luc Hanh and Quy Quan kindergartens and primary schools. The total value of the gifts was over 190 million VND.

This is a meaningful activity to help people with disabilities and orphans reduce difficulties, encourage the spirit of the disadvantaged to have more will and determination to rise up in life, integrate into the community, and contribute to the good implementation of social security work in the locality.
