In the third quarter of 2024, real estate transactions will mainly be land plots.

In the third quarter of 2024, Binh Dinh has no new, ongoing or completed resort tourism projects. The projects under implementation are mainly commercial housing and social housing.

At the end of July 2024, Ngan Tin Investment Group Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for Residential Area Project 05 at Point 3, land fund along the extended economic zone axis road in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. The project has a scale of 193 townhouses and villas.

Binh Dinh Department of Construction has just released a report announcing information on housing and real estate market in the province in the third quarter of 2024. Accordingly, the real estate transactions in the quarter were mainly land plots (1,997 lots), followed by individual houses (1,053 units) and apartments (174 units). The total transaction value was more than 51 billion VND.

According to the Department of Construction, by September 30, 2024, the real estate inventory of the projects is about 2,491 units.

Including: I-Tower Quy Nhon Trade - Service Center Project 607 units; High-rise commercial apartment project (Calla Apartment Quy Nhon) 346 units; Ecolife Riverside project 152 units; Tan Dai Minh and Tan Dai Minh 2 projects (Lamer 1 and 2) 2 units and 288 units respectively; An Phu Thinh Garden Tower Apartment Project 189 units; An Phu Thinh Social Housing Apartment Project 98 units; Ecohome Nhon Binh Social Housing Project 315 units; Dong Da Lagoon Ecological Lake High-rise Apartment Project 140 units; Old Viet Rang Warehouse Land Project (remaining part) with 354 units.

Regarding commercial housing projects, Binh Dinh Department of Construction said that in the quarter, there were 2 licensed projects with 2,079 individual houses; 9 projects under construction with 8,333 apartments; 1 future project eligible for sale (no number of apartments mentioned); 1 completed project with 262 apartments.

In addition, in the third quarter of 2024, Binh Dinh has 7 social housing projects under construction, including 6 social housing projects for low-income people in urban areas with a total of 2,828 apartments; 1 social housing project for workers in industrial parks and export processing zones with 378 apartments (Housing project under the planning of the Trade Union Institutional Area of Binh Dinh province, invested by IEC Construction and Electromechanical Investment Joint Stock Company).

During the quarter, regarding the project allowing the transfer of land with invested infrastructure to build houses (land plots), Binh Dinh had 1 newly licensed project and is implementing with a quantity of 64 plots.

Binh Dinh has no resort tourism projects that have been granted investment policies or licenses, are being implemented or completed in the third quarter of 2024.
