Displaying nearly 200 documents and artifacts about the D67 house and bunker relic

Nearly 200 typical documents and artifacts highlighting the role of the General Headquarters of the Vietnam People's Army (house and bunker D67) in the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising are on display at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Site - Hanoi.

On April 25, the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center announced that the exhibition "One Road" organized by the Center on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2023) includes documents and artifacts highlighting the role of the General Headquarters of the Vietnam People's Army in the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising; emphasizing the flexible and timely direction of the Party, State, and Ministry of National Defense leaders from the General Headquarters to all fronts, at the most important moments of the Southern revolution. Those decisions created an important position and strength for the Southern revolution to win completely, the country was reunited, and the North and South were reunited.

At the same time, on the QR CODE application platform, the exhibition introduces information about some typical artifacts and biographies of 24 delegates - members of the Politburo of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Workers' Party (term III), comrades of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, comrades leading and commanding the battlefields and Deputy Chief of the General Staff in charge of operations, attending the expanded Politburo Conference (December 18, 1974 - January 8, 1975) - the Conference that laid the decisive foundation for the liberation of the South in 1975.

The organizers also said that this is a supplementary exhibition to help visitors learn more about the value and historical significance of the D67 revolutionary relic associated with the victory of the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising. In addition, scanning the QR CODE also provides utilities to help visitors access and find information conveniently and quickly.

House and bunker D67 is a historical and revolutionary relic of great significance to the history of the struggle to build and defend the country of the Vietnamese people. From 1968 to 1975, this place became the Headquarters of the Vietnam People's Army, where many secret meetings of the Politburo and the Central Military Commission took place on strategic decisions for the revolution in the South.

The exhibition opens to visitors from April 28.
