The University of Transport notes that the announced admission results of candidates are based on information on high school academic results (high school transcripts), IELTS certificate exam results, Ho Chi Minh City National University's 2024 competency assessment test results, provided by candidates, and other data. The list of candidates eligible for admission announced by the School does not take into account the requirement of having graduated from high school. The School will check this requirement when receiving the candidate's admission application.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , to ensure the full admission rights of candidates, from July 18 to before 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates (except candidates who are eligible for admission to 3 international joint programs) need to register their wishes that have met the above admission requirements in the system of the Ministry of Education and Training . If candidates do not register their wishes that have met the above admission requirements in the system of the Ministry of Education and Training, it means that the candidates give up this right to admission.

In 2024, the University of Transport will enroll a total of 6,000 students for mass and high-quality programs (of which, the main campus in Hanoi will enroll 4,500 students, and the Ho Chi Minh City Branch will enroll 1,500 students). The enrollment quota for international joint programs is 90.
