Mr. Van Ba Nam shared that his family has been farming for generations and has invested in traditional pig farming with safe farming techniques, using input materials such as rice bran, corn bran, bananas, vegetables, etc.

From safe pork products, the couple found a way to process spring rolls and sausages to develop the family economy . After a long time of constantly learning, researching and experimenting with fast food processing methods, the couple decided to produce batches of delicious sausages and hams, ensuring safety for the health of users.

Not only focusing on investing in product quantity by using safe input materials and standardizing clean processing procedures, Mr. Nam also constantly invests in machinery and equipment for closed-loop processing.

Accordingly, he invested nearly 800 million VND to buy machinery and equipment and expand the production area to 150m2 . His facility also creates regular jobs for 2 local workers, each earning 5 - 6 million VND/person/month.

From the beginning of 2024 until now, on average, Nam Khanh facility produces about 50 - 60 kg of ham, spring rolls, and various types of sausages per day. Pork sausages alone produce 20 - 30 kg per day to supply to agents, restaurants, and party catering services in and outside the province.

After 5 years of production, with extensive experience, Nam Khanh business household has registered to participate in sausage product classification assessment and achieved 3-star OCOP standard in 2023.

“To meet the increasingly demanding needs and fierce competition of the market, Nam Khanh is determined to pursue the path of clean eating and healthy living. Nam Khanh products must ensure the “3 no” criteria (no borax, no preservatives, no colorants)” - Mr. Nam shared.

According to Mr. Nam, each Nam Khanh sausage is meticulously marinated, seasoned, and stuffed with spices, and extruded in a collagen-coated membrane using a hydraulic extruder. In addition, processing machinery such as automatic thread tying machines, automatic steamers, vacuum seaming machines, automatic sterilizers, and high-capacity freezers are also used to preserve the product.

In addition, the product is marinated with indispensable spices such as Tien Phuoc pepper, Ly Son garlic and Cua Dai fish sauce, which enhances the delicious flavor and is trusted by customers...
