On the afternoon of September 12, the Provincial Police coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the People's Committee of Yen Dinh district to organize a forum on legal advice, job introduction, and loan support for people serving criminal sentences in the community and reintegrating into the community in Yen Dinh district.

Speaking at the opening of the forum, the representative of the provincial police hoped that the forum would provide opportunities for those serving criminal sentences in the community and reintegrating into the community to access job consulting services and loans to develop the economy and stabilize their lives. The provincial police continued to direct the police of 27 districts, towns and cities to advise 27 Steering Committees 138 at the same level to successfully organize conferences to deploy the work of building and replicating community reintegration models in the locality to educate, reform and help people who have made mistakes in the community.

At the forum, nearly 200 people serving criminal sentences in the community and people reintegrating into the community in the district were informed by the authorities and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Bar Association about the provisions of the law and some common legal issues in the process of reintegrating into the community; representatives of the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch advised on documents and procedures for borrowing capital for people who have completed their prison sentences according to Decision No. 22/2023/QD-TTg, dated August 17, 2023 of the Prime Minister; the Provincial Employment Service Center provided advice and introduced jobs; representatives of companies and enterprises recruiting laborers advised and introduced more information for people reintegrating into the community to grasp and decide to access.
The forum has the participation of a number of businesses and vocational schools that are in need of recruiting personnel in the district, aiming to connect and help those serving criminal sentences in the community and those reintegrating into the community in the area have the opportunity to access recruitment and training information to find suitable jobs.
The forum is an opportunity to help subjects eliminate their complexes and inferiority complex, strive to study and find job opportunities, thereby contributing to reducing the rate of recidivism and ensuring security and order in the area.
