In celebration of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024), on March 22, at the dialogue conference between the Party Committee, government and union officials and youth, Lang Chanh district honored 26 outstanding union officials and youth union members for the period 2022 - 2024.

In an open dialogue atmosphere, the cadres, union members and young people attending the conference frankly expressed and shared their thoughts and aspirations, as well as made proposals and recommendations related to the youth, of which there were 4 opinions focusing on groups of issues: Wishing that the district leaders pay attention to supporting the development of grassroots union cadres, especially secretaries of village and residential union branches, youth start-ups and career development; the issue of job creation for local youth; the issue of digital transformation to support youth in developing production and business and policies to support loans for youth to build economic development models.
Comrade Hoang Van Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Chanh District answered and clarified issues that officials, union members and youth in the district were interested in, and at the same time directed the district's specialized departments and offices, and the Party Committees and authorities of communes and towns to pay attention to the aspirations and legitimate needs of young people in starting businesses and in striving to study and work to help officials, union members and youth promote their youth, intelligence, creativity, dare to think and dare to do to contribute to building their homeland to develop more and more.

These are union members and youth with excellent achievements in studying, training, pioneering in labor and production, bringing high income and helping many other youths to have jobs; actively participating in social activities; volunteering for community life, resilient and brave soldiers for the happiness and peace of the people.
