Specifically, the State Bank announced the central exchange rate today at 25,148 VND/USD, an increase of 22 VND compared to the morning trading session on July 14. With a trading band of ±5%, the ceiling exchange rate today is 26,405 VND/USD, while the floor rate is determined to be 23,891 VND/USD. At the State Bank's Transaction Office, the reference exchange rate is currently announced at 23,920 VND/USD for buying and 26,332 VND/USD for selling.
At 8:20 this morning at commercial banks, the USD exchange rate at both Vietcombank and BIDV was traded at 25,950 VND/USD (buy) and 26,310 VND/USD (sell), corresponding to an increase of 20 VND for both directions compared to the previous morning session.
For the Chinese Yuan, Vietcombank increased the exchange rate by 4 VND for both buying and selling, to 3,589 VND/NDT and 3,704 VND/NDT. Meanwhile, BIDV also adjusted the exchange rate upward: 4 VND for buying and 3 VND for selling, currently listed at 3,598 VND/NDT (buying) and 3,695 VND/NDT (selling).
