Starting from March 2023, by the end of 2023, Zalo's public administration mini app has been applied in 12 provinces and cities. There are more than 15,349 Zalo OA accounts created by state agencies and public services; an increase of 54% compared to 2022. They help connect effectively, increasing interaction between agencies, organizations and people. These statistics show the fact that grassroots organizations really need their own applications running on a popular platform. If that platform has applications that are suitable for them, grassroots organizations will actively apply them to serve their activities.
To avoid waste and be effective, digital applications need to be built from the real needs of both suppliers and users.
