At about 10:45 a.m. on January 23, at Km 24 + 350 National Highway 4E, in Ben Pha village, Gia Phu commune, Bao Thang district, a traffic accident occurred, fortunately there were no casualties.
Specifically, the truck with temporary license plate T92-795.XX driven by Nguyen Ngoc T., born in 1994, permanent resident of Group 13, Lao Cai Ward, Lao Cai City, traveling from Lao Cai to Xuan Giao Commune, Bao Thang District, collided with a car with license plate 24A-159.XX driven by Duong Van H., born in 1989, permanent resident of Group 15, Bac Lenh Ward, Lao Cai City, and then continued to collide with a tractor with license plate 24E-003.XX, pulling a trailer with license plate 24R-016.XX driven by Luu Duc D., born in 1981, permanent resident of Ta Phoi Commune, Lao Cai City, traveling in the opposite direction.
As a result, 3 cars were damaged; there were no human casualties.
