Agreeing with Ambassador Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet's assessment that the two countries had effective cooperation in human resources during the 1970-1980 period, but the number of Vietnamese workers working in Bulgaria is currently limited, Minister Borislav Gutsanov said that Bulgaria currently has a great demand for human resources in many industries and wishes to strengthen cooperation with Vietnam in this field.
