Vietnam is on the list of the best places to avoid the heat for tourists in Asia, reported by Nikkei Asia.
According to Nikkei Asia , as global temperatures rise due to factors such as climate change leading to global warming, many Asian tourists have chosen not to go to beaches or tropical islands for vacation, instead they seek cooler climates, better to avoid the heat such as in Scandinavia and the mountains of Vietnam.
Sa Pa - Vietnam is one of the top places to avoid the heat for Asian tourists.
Data from Google Trends shows that global searches for the term “cool vacation” increased 100% in the 12 months to May 8.
According to travel website Booking.com, this year will be the year of traveling to places with cool climates.
Nikkie Asia shares that many Asian travelers, especially those on a budget, often look for interesting places in the region such as Sapa - a famous destination located in the North of Vietnam.
