On February 26, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a plan to implement Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 15, 2025 of the Government and the tourism stimulus program in 2025, with the theme "Vietnam - go to love".

Accordingly, the visa exemption policy for citizens of Poland, Czech Republic, and Switzerland traveling to Vietnam will be implemented from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The temporary residence period is 45 days from the date of entry.

Tourists who are citizens of the three above-mentioned countries entering Vietnam must meet: conditions for entry under unilateral visa exemption according to the provisions of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam.

Passport valid for at least 6 months and traveling under a program organized by a Vietnamese international travel service business, with a certificate of participation in the tour program.

Enterprises with international travel service business licenses need to submit registration to organize tourism programs for citizens of the above 3 countries to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

This policy is implemented with the desire to contribute to attracting international tourists from the above markets to Vietnam; enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese tourism in the international market through preferential policies, convenient entry procedures and unique tourism experience values.

To stimulate tourism in these markets, Vietnam will organize many activities such as: programs to introduce Vietnamese tourist destinations in Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland, Vietnam Culture - Tourism Week in Poland and Czech Republic to celebrate the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations; communication programs to stimulate tourism development in 2025...

In 2025, the Vietnamese tourism industry aims to welcome 22-23 million international tourists and 120-130 million domestic tourists.
