Speaking at the Debate, Ambassador, Head of the Vietnamese Mission to the United Nations Dang Hoang Giang emphasized that Vietnam is one of the leading countries in Asia in infrastructure investment, devoting 5.7% of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to projects in this field.
