The Board of Directors of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company (stock code: VRE) has just issued a Resolution approving the signing of a Deposit Agreement with Can Gio Urban Tourism Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Vingroup ) to receive the transfer of part of the investment project to expand the Can Gio coastal urban tourism area project - Vinhomes Green Paradise to develop the company's commercial service land fund.
The Can Gio coastal urban tourism project - Vinhomes Green Paradise has a total area of 2,870 hectares, located in Long Hoa commune and Can Thanh town, Can Gio district, Ho Chi Minh City, invested by Vingroup Corporation (Vingroup) and started construction on April 19.
The project is designed with a variety of housing products, hotels, office buildings, golf courses, sports , and world-class entertainment; landscape facilities designed to be friendly to human life; and vibrant international-class festival activities.
Vinhomes Green Paradise is planned and developed according to the international standard ESG model including 3 pillars: green - smart - ecological, aiming to become "A paradise of high-class entertainment - Eco-tourism - Ideal resort" of Vietnam and "A perfect place to live - Great place to work" for domestic and international people.

Many items in the project are of the largest scale in Vietnam and globally such as the largest theater complex in Southeast Asia; the largest artificial lake in the world; 2 international-class golf courses; a 108-storey multi-purpose tower; a chain of modern hotels and shopping centers; a large-scale entertainment complex; an international standard education system, especially the appearance of the American healthcare system - Cleveland Clinic.
Vincom Retail currently owns a chain of 88 shopping centers across the country.
