Honoring businesses and developers with exemplary green transformation strategies
On July 30, at the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2024 organized by Investment Newspaper, the Organizing Committee honored businesses and developers participating in the "For a Green Future" vote.
Accordingly, 5 businesses were honored in the category " Industrial real estate developer with typical green transformation strategy in 2024 ".
Specifically: Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP); AMATA VN Public Joint Stock Company; Frasers Property Vietnam Company Limited; Viglacera Corporation; Shinec Joint Stock Company.

For the category "Industrial real estate developer with green transformation strategy by 2024" , the honored enterprises include: SB Nghe An Co., Ltd. (SLP); KN Holdings Group; Western Pacific Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Industrial Park Group Joint Stock Company (KCN Group); Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation; Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company.

For the category "Enterprise with outstanding green transformation strategy in 2024" , there are 2 honored enterprises: Suntory Pepsico Beverage Company Limited; NS BlueScope Vietnam Company Limited.
Finally, in the category "Enterprises with green transformation strategies in 2024" , the Organizing Committee honored 4 enterprises including: Southern Pioneer Plastic Joint Stock Company; Binh Minh Plastic Joint Stock Company; Dai Dung Construction and Trading Mechanical Joint Stock Company; SIKA Vietnam Company Limited.
Commenting on the entries for the “For a Green Future” voting, Mr. Truong Gia Bao, a permanent member of the Voting Council, said that for the category “Industrial real estate developer with green transformation strategy” , the entries for this voting have demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainable development and environmental protection.
Industrial real estate developers have adopted many innovative measures, from using renewable energy, designing environmentally friendly buildings, to optimizing production processes to minimize emissions and resource consumption.
Moving on to the “Enterprises with Green Transformation Strategies” category, participating businesses have demonstrated innovation and creativity in their business strategies. They not only focus on economic efficiency, but also pay deep attention to environmental and social factors. Many businesses have invested in green technology, improved production processes and implemented environmental protection projects, demonstrating long-term vision and responsibility to the community.

Your participation not only demonstrates your pioneering spirit in environmental protection, but also affirms your commitment to building a more sustainable future for all of us. We hope that you will always be creative, constantly learn and cooperate closely to build a greener, cleaner, and more livable planet together,” Mr. Truong Gia Bao shared.

Commenting on the award and the voting list, Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc Trai, Chairman of GIBC Company - a circular economy expert, highly appreciated the organization in setting out voting criteria that covered all aspects of the business in ensuring economic benefits and awareness of compliance with environmental requirements and regulations and the level of technological innovation.
Regarding the message to the business community and investors, it is necessary to continue to maintain business development while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (ESG criteria, CSV...) to move towards sustainable development, create advantages, competitiveness and ensure requirements to integrate into the international playing field.
Ms. Trang Le, Senior Director of Research and Consulting, JLL Vietnam also commented that most of the businesses participating in the "For a Green Future" poll had relatively complete and timely submitted documents, demonstrating specific contributions made as well as readiness to move towards green development and sustainable development through having clear development orientations and strategies.
We greatly appreciate the efforts of pioneering businesses in practicing sustainable development and greening the industry. We sincerely thank you for contributing to laying a solid foundation for a more sustainable industrial development, not only for us but also for future generations.
