After listening to the opinions and conclusions of the conference from representatives of departments and branches, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen emphasized that Ba Vi commune is a difficult area, far from the center, so the local government needs to continue to make efforts and try on the basis of new thinking and new ways of doing things to develop the locality commensurate with its inherent potential and strengths.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen requested the People's Committee of Ba Vi commune to closely coordinate with the city's departments and branches to urgently improve the staff, especially positions requiring deep expertise and skills such as finance, education - training, health... The city's departments and branches need to organize online training and professional development for the commune staff and send working groups to the grassroots to provide guidance.
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen also requested the commune to focus on establishing a general planning for the commune to ensure long-term development orientation, in which it is necessary to emphasize the potentials and strengths of tourism, services, and agriculture, aiming for bright, green, clean, and beautiful development.
In the field of industry and handicrafts, the commune needs to pay attention to developing green industrial clusters associated with developing craft villages in the area. Along with that, the commune needs to continue to complete the framework infrastructure, especially expanding the main roads in the area to serve the development of tourism and services; pay attention to opening spiritual, resort, and sports tours...
“The Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Ba Vi commune need to unite, be unified, strictly maintain discipline, and create a good working environment for cadres, civil servants and public employees. The long-term orientations and strategies for socio-economic development, security and defense of the commune need to be specified in the Resolution of the first Party Congress of the commune to serve as a basis for implementation in the coming period,” emphasized comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen.
Regarding recommendations and proposals, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen assigned specific tasks to each department and branch to review, research and coordinate with Ba Vi commune authorities to resolve them in the coming time.
