According to the clip, in a deserted area, two male students got into a fight, causing one of them to bleed from the mouth. One of them was wearing a uniform similar to that of Nguyen Thong High School (Ward 8, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long) and the other was said to be a student of Vinh Long College (Ward 8, Vinh Long City) .

Regarding the above incident, on the same day, Mr. Tran Minh To, Principal of Vinh Long College and Ms. Truong Thanh Nhuan, Director of Vinh Long Department of Education and Training, said they would verify and strictly handle it according to regulations.
