The clip was posted with text messages believed to be between the babysitter and the girl's mother, making many social media users angry.
On the same day, Ms. PTKO (38 years old), residing in Thanh Duc Ward (Thanh Duc Commune, Long Ho District), Vinh Long, said that she was the one who posted the clip and the child who was treated roughly in the clip was NNMH (2 years old), Ms. O's child. Ms. O. said that the incident happened at noon on July 21. After watching the clip, she was so surprised that she fainted because she did not think her child would be treated so roughly. "After waking up, I called a taxi to pick up my child right away. At night, the child kept crying, so I had to quit my job to stay home and take care of the child and reported the incident to the police," Ms. O. said.
According to Ms. O., because she works as a worker in Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Phu Quoi Commune, Vinh Long, formerly Hoa Phu Commune, Long Ho District, Vinh Long), she had to send her child since he was 14 months old to D.LHHN Kindergarten, Phuoc Hau Ward (Ward 1, old Vinh Long City), Vinh Long.
Regarding this incident, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc Hau Ward, said that the police have received Ms. O's complaint and are investigating the incident. When there are results, the press will be informed.
