Lower commission, "no order matching" food delivery

From the very beginning, Xanh SM Ngon has cooperated with more than 2,000 restaurants and eateries in Hanoi . All of them have food safety and hygiene certification. Instead of competing on price, this platform chooses to focus on food quality and customer experience.

Accordingly, taking advantage of the Green SM delivery team, which is leading the market share of 4-wheel vehicles, Green SM Ngon applies the "no order combining" model. Each driver only delivers one order per trip.

This helps shorten delivery time and maintain the quality of the food when it reaches the customer.

In addition, the discount rate of only 17% that Xanh SM Ngon applies to restaurant partners is also an advantage.

Food delivery competition is fierce, many apps are running away

According to records, the Vietnamese food delivery market is entering a period of fierce purification. Many international unicorns such as Baemin, Toss, Zoomcar, Atome... have withdrawn one after another after a period of "burning money" but not achieving results. Recently, Foodpanda also announced its withdrawal from Thailand after 13 years of operation.

Meanwhile, Vietnam is still considered a potential market, with a scale of more than 1.8 billion USD (2023) and forecast to reach 3.4 billion USD by 2027. This is not an "easy cake", when Grab and ShopeeFood are holding up to 95% of the market share, leaving very little room for competitors.

Not choosing the short-term "money burning" path, Xanh SM Ngon declared to pursue a slow but steady strategy, focusing on operational efficiency, service quality and user experience.
