At 8:35 a.m. on January 25, B.D.T., born in 2006, was riding motorbike 34E1-319.59 carrying BMĐ., born in 2008, both from Kien Quoc commune (Ninh Giang) on provincial road 396, in the direction of Cau Me to Hong Du commune. When reaching Do Chang village, Hong Du commune, they collided with electric motorbike 34MD 4-003.47 driven by Ms. NTR, born in 1955, from Thuong Dong village, Hong Du commune (Ninh Giang) going in the same direction while crossing the road.
As a result, D. died at the scene.
It is known that D. is a student at a high school in Ninh Giang district. The two children were riding a motorbike without wearing helmets.
