Truck plunges into stream, driver dies in cabin

(NLDO) – A fertilizer truck lost control and plunged into a stream, causing the front of the truck to be crushed and the driver to die in the cabin.


On the evening of December 22, Dak Nong province authorities are investigating the cause of a truck plunging into a stream, killing one driver.

Authorities organize rescue of truck accident

According to initial information, on the same morning, Mr. NVB (37 years old, residing in Tra Vinh province) drove a truck with license plate number 84H-011.98 carrying fertilizer on Ho Chi Minh road, in the direction of Binh Phuoc - Dak Nong.

At around 9:30 a.m. the same day, when the car was moving through village 8, Quang Tin commune, Dak R'lap district, Dak Nong province, it lost control and plunged into the stream.

The accident crushed the front of the car, and Mr. NVB died on the spot.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department - Dak Nong Provincial Police coordinated with Dak R'lap District Police to mobilize vehicles and forces to the scene to carry out rescue work.
