The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Office to update and publicize administrative procedures on the National Database of Administrative Procedures. At the same time, guide, urge and inspect the implementation of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones.
The City Digital Transformation Center organizes the configuration and full implementation of the procedures, partially approved on the Ho Chi Minh City Administrative Procedure Information System at https://dichvucong.gov.vn/
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also assigned departments and branches to continue reviewing and submitting to the City People's Committee for announcement of additional online public services, ensuring that 100% of eligible administrative procedures must be provided with full online public services.
