(NLDO) - A young man riding a motorbike was suddenly punched and kicked repeatedly by a man on the street in front of many witnesses.


On the evening of February 18, a clip appeared on social media recording the image of a man repeatedly cursing, punching, and kicking a young man riding a motorbike in the middle of a crowded street. Despite being beaten repeatedly, the young man did not fight back, only holding his face and enduring. The incident only stopped when a woman intervened.

After the clip was shared on social media, many people were extremely outraged by the man’s hooliganism. Many opinions suggested that the authorities should take serious action against the man in the clip for beating people.

According to initial information, the incident took place on Tran Phu Street (opposite Vinh City General Hospital), Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province on the afternoon of February 18.

Currently, the incident is being clarified by the authorities.
