Similarly, Dr. Phung Dinh Hy (a rehabilitation specialist and owner of the Physical Therapy Clinic at 595 Hong Bang, Ward 6, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City) was fined VND32.5 million for two violations. First, he employed a practitioner without a medical practice certificate. Second, the practitioner responsible for professional and technical expertise was not present at the facility during operating hours, without authorizing another person as prescribed.
Mr. Bui Quoc Man (physician and owner of Mau Phuoc Duong business, No. 3, Quarter 6, Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City) was fined 59 million VND for not establishing a medical examination and treatment number according to the law or for not establishing a medical record or medical records that clearly state all items in the medical record according to the law. The practitioner responsible for the technical expertise of the medical examination and treatment facility was not present at the facility during the operating hours and did not authorize another person. Using medicinal herbs to produce drugs but not declaring quality standards according to the law. Advertising special products, goods and services without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising.
For the above violations, this unit will have its medical examination and treatment license revoked for a period of 3 months. It will be forced to remove and dismantle advertising content that has not been approved by a competent state agency before advertising.
Au A Medical Services One Member Co., Ltd. (multidisciplinary clinic, 425 Nguyen Van Luong, Ward 12, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City) was fined 30 million VND for violations in advertising content. In addition to the fine, the authorities also forced the clinic to remove the illegal advertisements with the above errors.
In addition, MK Luxury International Aesthetics Company Limited (B20 Phu Thuan, Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) was fined VND70 million for advertising medical examination and treatment services without a medical examination and treatment license. The facility was also forced to remove the illegal advertisements.
