Bac Kan province was supported with 150,000 kg of rice.
In Decision 985, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to issue 1,765,000 Aquatabs 67mg water disinfectant tablets from the national reserve to the provinces of Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Bac Kan, Vinh Phuc, Dien Bien, Cao Bang and the Ministry of Health to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

In recent days, storm No. 3 (Yagi) has caused heavy rain, landslides and widespread flooding in many provinces and cities in the Northern and North Central regions. Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Bac Kan, Vinh Phuc, Dien Bien, Cao Bang and Hung Yen provinces have suffered a lot of damage caused by storm No. 3 and its aftermath. To promptly overcome the consequences, localities are mobilizing forces to clean up, restore traffic, electricity, telecommunications, etc. to quickly stabilize people's lives.
