Always arranged civil servants to handle procedures outside of working hours, on holidays and days off; prioritized the arrangement and arrangement of vehicles that had completed customs clearance procedures in advance to pass through the border gate early.
Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch also proactively and actively cooperates with warehouse and yard businesses in the border gate area to arrange locations and create conditions for preserving and classifying the quality of goods of businesses while waiting for export. Coordinate with Border Guard and Police forces to regulate traffic for vehicles to enter and exit without congestion, ensure security and order and prevent instability that affects the export activities of businesses.
In the coming time, to promote the export of agricultural products through the area effectively and sustainably, Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch has consulted with Mong Cai City People's Committee to propose to the competent authority of Dongxing City, China to soon complete and put into operation 12 expanded goods inspection facilities to improve customs clearance efficiency for Vietnamese fruit products exported to China.
