Nhuoi Forest is located in Da Phuc Commune, Yen Thuy District, Hoa Binh Province, about 70 km from the center of Hoa Binh City. This is a primeval forest with an area of over 30 hectares, of which the core area accounts for nearly 10 hectares. Nhuoi Forest is known for its rich and diverse flora with many rare and precious trees such as nghien, sau, and precious medicinal plants.

The special attraction for tourists to Nhuoi forest is 13 ancient Cho Chi trees, estimated to be over 600 years old. These Cho Chi trees have a trunk diameter of nearly 2m, the base of the tree needs 7-8 people to hug around, the height is as high as the eye can see, estimated at nearly 50m. Nhuoi forest has been put under strict protection by Yen Thuy district.
