Ha Tinh Electricity Company has directed units to conduct a general inspection of the power grid system, focusing on transformer stations and medium and low voltage lines that directly supply power to the examination sites.

The high school graduation exam in Ha Tinh will take place from June 25 to 28 at 36 exam sites across the province. Determining that stable power supply for the exam is a particularly important task, Ha Tinh Power Company (PC Ha Tinh) has proactively developed a detailed plan, mobilizing maximum resources to ensure safe, continuous, and uninterrupted power supply during the exam period.

The company has sent members to participate in the exam steering committee; urgently directed affiliated units to develop detailed, specific and suitable power supply plans for each locality, ensuring strict implementation of the motto "safe - smooth - flexible".

At the same time, the company also directed units to conduct a general inspection of the power grid system, focusing on transformer stations and medium and low voltage lines that directly supply power to the examination sites. Thereby, promptly detecting and handling technical defects, replacing substandard equipment, and clearing the route corridor to minimize the risk of incidents and local overloads in extremely hot weather conditions.

Before the exam takes place, at all exam sites, the company recommends testing the entire system for at least 30 minutes to assess the operating capacity and immediately handle any abnormalities, if any. The most important thing is to pay attention to areas with large exam sites, large numbers of students, and areas with complex climates such as: Ha Tinh city, Ky Anh district, Ky Anh town...

Since the afternoon of June 23, preparations to ensure power supply at the examination sites have been completed.

From June 24 to June 28, PC Ha Tinh will not conduct planned power outages on grids related to exam locations, except in cases of emergency or force majeure. At the same time, fully prepare human resources, materials, and equipment to be ready to respond quickly to any situation.

In addition, to ensure a stable power source for this important exam, PC Ha Tinh also sent a document requesting the Northern Power System Dispatch Center not to reduce capacity in the Ha Tinh area during this time.
