142 initiatives were recognized and proposed for recognition in the movement "Good workers, creative workers"

The emulation movement "Good worker, creative worker" has been a core movement throughout the activities of the trade union organization for many years.

To promote the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", the Provincial Federation of Labor directed trade unions at all levels to coordinate with professionals and authorities at the same level to organize propaganda and mobilize union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in agencies, units, and enterprises to actively participate in the Provincial Technical Innovation Competition; compete to promote initiatives, improve techniques, apply scientific advances in production, increase labor productivity, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

The team of civil servants, public employees and workers in the province compete to promote initiatives and technical improvements in work and production.

Trade unions at all levels also commend and reward typical and advanced collectives and individuals; select typical individuals with initiatives that bring high value to propose the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to consider awarding the "Creative Labor" Certificate.

Through the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", in the first 6 months of the year, the whole province had 114 initiatives recognized by competent authorities for their scope of influence at the grassroots level, 28 initiatives are being proposed for recognition of their effective application and scope of influence at the provincial level.
