Accordingly, the Congress Organizing and Service Subcommittee has developed a propaganda plan before, during and after the Congress; coordinated with central and local press agencies to widely propagate and spread the Congress's spirit. At the same time, the work of decorating the festival and visual propaganda has been given special attention and implemented seriously and methodically by agencies and units. From the Command Headquarters to agencies, units, ships performing tasks at sea, ... symbols, banners, slogans, billboards, Party flags, national flags, decorative flags were hung simultaneously, creating a fresh, solemn and brilliant appearance. The content of the slogans focuses on widely propagating the theme and meaning of the Congress, the leadership of the Party, the key goals of the new term, and at the same time demonstrating the political determination of Coast Guard officers and soldiers towards the Congress.

The book display area is also neatly and beautifully arranged by officers and soldiers.
The wall newspaper system of the special issue is also elaborately designed by the units, with high aesthetics.

In addition, the Coast Guard Political Department coordinated with the Navy Art Troupe to develop a plan for practicing and performing a report on the art program welcoming the Congress. In addition, mass organizations also actively participated in building and designing the "Special Issue" wall newspaper welcoming the Congress; or in the work of beautifying and cleaning the environment, planting and caring for flower and tree streets, contributing to making the Command's landscape more spacious, clean, and beautiful, imbued with the atmosphere of a great festival.

Believing that, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development", the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Coast Guard Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 will take place successfully, contributing to the whole country entering a new era - the era of national development.
