According to the above decisions, the People's Committee of Lao Cai province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and localities with heritage are responsible for implementing state management and organizing conservation activities in accordance with legal regulations.

The Pa Di people's forest worship ritual is a unique social and religious practice, reflecting the harmonious relationship between humans and nature. It is held annually by the Pa Di people to thank the forest and pray for good crops and peace for the villagers. The ritual not only has spiritual elements but is also an opportunity to connect the community, educate the younger generation about environmental protection and preserving national cultural identity.

The weaving craft of the Tay people in Nghia Do is a long-standing craft, closely associated with the daily life and production of the people here. Bamboo weaving products such as baskets, trays, winnowing baskets, etc. not only serve daily needs but also carry within them the cultural beauty and aesthetic level of the craftsman. Currently, this craft is still maintained and developed, contributing to creating livelihoods, attracting tourists and preserving traditional folk knowledge.

Weaving is a traditional profession of the Tay people in Nghia Do commune.

The recognition of these two heritages as National Intangible Cultural Heritage is a great source of pride for the ethnic groups in Lao Cai province, and at the same time opens up new opportunities in preserving and promoting heritage values associated with sustainable economic and tourism development.
