Decision No. 3782/QD-UBND dated July 14, 2025 on the establishment of Do Muoi High School clearly states: Do Muoi High School is located in Yen So ward, under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. This is a public general education institution, part of the national education system and the city's network of general schools.
The school has legal status, uses its own seal and opens accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks in accordance with the law.
The school is organized and operates according to current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high school level; at the same time, it is under the direct and comprehensive direction and management of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and related agencies of the city.
Regarding staffing, the school is arranged according to the provisions of Circular No. 20/2023/TT-BGDDT issued on October 30, 2023, within the total educational career staffing of the Department of Education and Training, allocated annually by the City People's Committee.
For the 2025-2026 school year, the Department of Education and Training will adjust the total number of public employees assigned in 2025 to arrange 35 civil servant positions and 5 contract labor quotas (according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP), serving the protection and operation of Do Muoi High School, meeting management and teaching requirements in the first school year.

This is a public general education institution belonging to the national education system and the system of general schools of Hanoi city; has legal status, uses its own seal and opens accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks in accordance with the provisions of law.
The school will be organized and operated according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high schools. The school is under the direct and comprehensive direction and management of the Department of Education and Training, along with relevant functional agencies of Hanoi city.
The School's career establishment is determined according to the provisions of Circular No. 20/2023/TT-BGDDT dated October 30, 2023 of the Ministry of Education and Training, within the total career establishment of the Department of Education and Training allocated annually by the City People's Committee.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the Department of Education and Training will adjust the total number of career positions assigned in 2025 to arrange 42 civil servant positions and 05 contract labor quotas according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP, to serve the security work, serving Phuc Thinh High School, meeting the management and training requirements in this school year.
Thus, in the 2025-2026 school year, Do Muoi High School and Phuc Thinh High School will officially enroll students. It is expected that detailed information about enrollment will be announced by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training in the next few days.
