3 Universities and Colleges of Da Nang cooperate in exchanging human resources with Kisarazu city (Japan)

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on human resource exchange between the Kisarazu City Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Japan) and Duy Tan University, Phuong Dong College and Food and Foodstuff College was organized by the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang on September 26.

At the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Thu Hanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang said that, based on the memorandum of understanding signed to establish friendship and cooperation relations on July 26, 2019, Da Nang city and Kisarazu city (Japan) have jointly implemented many practical and effective cooperation activities.

Many activities have been actively promoted by Kisarazu city to attract human resources in fields such as engineering, food processing, medicine , nursing... from Da Nang to Kisarazu to work through trainee recruitment programs.

Notably, many students from universities in the city such as Danang University, Dong A University, etc. have had the opportunity to experience the professional working environment at large enterprises in Kisarazu city and all have very positive feedback about their working time here.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang expressed that this is an important first step for schools in the city to continue to promote more human resource exchange projects, create job opportunities and improve skills for students who wish to work in Japan, helping them accumulate experience and knowledge to later return to join the high-quality workforce in Da Nang city.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on human resource exchange between the Kisarazu City Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Duy Tan University, Phuong Dong College and the Food and Foodstuff College is a meaningful and practical activity. Thereby, it contributes to promoting the friendship and cooperation between Kisarazu City and Da Nang City.
