Specifically, there are currently 2 locations that have not been relocated at the intersection between Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Vo Nguyen Giap Street, causing difficulties in the construction of the intersection approach road. Along with that, 1 location that has not been relocated at Km4+443 on Ham Nghi Street is causing difficulties in the construction of the approach road to the overpass.
Therefore, the Department of Construction requests that the project investor, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, work with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the Regional Project Management Board 5 and related units to urgently relocate technical infrastructure works, including high-voltage power lines within the project's construction scope so that the contractors' construction work can be synchronized.
To ensure the project's construction progress, the Department of Construction requests contractors to proactively develop a specific construction material supply plan for each day and each stage, meeting the requirements for construction progress of each project item. In case of difficulties or problems, contractors are requested to summarize and report to the investor for consideration and proposal to competent authorities for handling.
