In order to continue promoting Da Nang tourism and consolidate the city's position as a leading destination for international tourists, especially from Korea, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City organizes "Korean Tourist Appreciation Week in Da Nang" from August 1 to 8, 2025.
This program not only shows appreciation for the contributions of Korean airlines, travel agencies and tourists, but is also an opportunity for the city to introduce a new look with high-class tourism products, attracting the attention of international visitors.
This activity is part of the 2025 tourism stimulus plan, implementing the theme "Vietnam - Travel to love" of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The gratitude week includes six main events, the most prominent of which is the program to welcome the 1 millionth Korean tourist to Da Nang on the evening of August 1, 2025 at East Sea Park. Here, special visitors will receive attractive gifts such as air tickets, experience tours and many unique souvenirs.
In addition, other notable activities include the Famtrip program to thank major Korean travel companies, the program to welcome prominent KOLs (influencers) from Korea to experience high-end tourism products in Da Nang and the Korea - Da Nang Golf Exchange Tournament on August 4 at Montgomerie Links Golf Club.

Along with special events, the stimulus program "I Love Da Nang - I Love Da Nang" will be applied from August to the end of 2025.
This program offers attractive incentives for Korean tourists such as discounts on tickets to famous tourist attractions, souvenirs and discount vouchers for services.
In particular, visitors to Da Nang during the Gratitude Week will receive souvenirs typical of the city such as conical hats, lanterns and keychains.
Through these activities, the tourism industry of Da Nang city not only shows gratitude to Korean tourists but also commits to accompany, build trust and mark an important step forward in the sustainable development of Da Nang tourism./.
