This morning's trading session, the market moved quite slowly, VN-Index stopped at 1,240.34 points, up slightly by 1.08 points.
In the afternoon session, starting at 2:00 p.m., demand increased sharply, and became stronger towards the end, helping the index representing the floor skyrocket. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased to 1,258.95 points, up 19.69 points (1.59%); VN30-Index increased 22.28 points (1.74%), to 1,303.65 points.
Green dominated the electronic trading board with 312 stocks increasing in price and 88 stocks decreasing in price. In the VN30 group, only 1 stock remained unchanged, the rest increased. Good demand helped most industries increase points, only 2 industries are currently in red: transportation and hardware.

Among the growing sectors, semiconductors, media and entertainment, food and essentials retail, healthcare, financial services, and real estate increased by over 2%. In the real estate group, most codes increased in price, of which VRE increased by 2.65%, VIC (2.02%), VHM (5.39%), DIG (2.74%)...
Contributing positively to the market's rise was VHM stock with nearly 2.5 points; followed by VCB (nearly 2.2 points), BID (1.3 points), VIC (0.8 points). Meanwhile, ITA took away the most points from the VN-Index with 0.046 points.
Liquidity reached over VND13,500 billion. Foreign investors continued to net buy. This group bought nearly VND1,483 billion and sold approximately VND958 billion. On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, at the end of the session, the HNX-Index stopped at 232.3 points, up 1.46 points (0.63%); the HNX30-Index increased 6.35 points (1.28%), to 504.42 points.
