43 works won the Ngo Gia Tu Journalism Award in 2023

On the afternoon of May 22, at Bac Ninh Newspaper, the Ngo Gia Tu Press Award Council judged the final round of the 2023 Ngo Gia Tu Press Award.

This year, the Organizing Committee has collected 126 works and groups of works for the Ngo Gia Tu Journalism Award. Of which, the categories of newspapers, printed magazines, electronic newspapers, and press photos have 79 works and groups of works; the category of Radio and Television has 47 works and groups of works.

According to the assessment of the Ngo Gia Tu Journalism Award Council, this year, the quality of the entries has been improved, showing that the authors have invested carefully in both the topic and the way of presentation.

Based on the Rules of the competition, the entries are divided into different types of journalism for the Jury to score.

With the responsible, objective and impartial working spirit of the members of the Preliminary Round Jury and the Final Round Council, 43 works were selected to propose the Provincial People's Committee to award prizes.

Of which, 22 works and groups of works belong to group A (Genres of reportage, notes, investigation, political commentary, documentary, PT-TH column) and 21 works belong to group B (Genre of reflection articles, short PT-TH reports, studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh , good people, good deeds).

On this occasion, the Bac Ninh Provincial Journalists Association also launched activities to celebrate the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2024).
