On the afternoon of August 3, the Traffic Police Department announced that in more than 3 months (from April 19 to July 30), the Traffic Police force of local Public Security organized 2,001 motorcycle and car driving tests for 713,197 students. The passing rate was 69.7%.
Of which, 10 localities actively organized many examinations and had the largest number of records: Ho Chi Minh City (298 examinations, 111,060 records), Can Tho (126 examinations, 45,591 records), Lam Dong (112 examinations, 51,207 records), Gia Lai (97 examinations, 31,031 records), Dong Nai (62 examinations, 26,452 records), Dak Lak (69 examinations, 29,740 records), Hai Phong (89 examinations, 35,783 records), Nghe An (79 examinations, 26,600 records), Tay Ninh (59 examinations, 24,367 records), Vinh Long (50 examinations, 25,008 records).
There are 14 localities that have completely resolved cases that completed the training program before March 1, 2025, including: Bac Ninh (6,782 records), Ca Mau (1,987 records), Lao Cai (5,438 records), Ninh Binh (9,235 records), Quang Tri (1,922 records), Son La (9,569 records), Thai Nguyen (6,294 records), Dien Bien (505 records), Dong Nai (13,033 records), Thanh Hoa (11,413 records), Hue city (9,140 records), Tuyen Quang (13,085 records), Nghe An (1,091 records). Up to now, there are 36,840 cases that have completed the training program before March 1, 2025, but have not organized the examination (including 26,502 class C records, accounting for 72.6%).
Local police continue to organize the test, expected to be completed in August 2025.
For those who have completed the driver training program before March 1, 2025, the Traffic Police Department recommends contacting the Driver Training Center where they studied or the Traffic Police Department where they reside to check the test schedule.
