To facilitate the work of organizing staff and streamlining the apparatus, 5 Heads of professional departments and 1 Deputy Head of Staff Department of Hai Duong Provincial Police have expressed their wish to retire early.
On the afternoon of February 7, Hai Duong Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Provincial Police Director on early retirement for 6 officers at the level of Chief and Deputy Chief of professional departments.
Accordingly, 6 department-level leaders have submitted applications for early retirement from 12 to 31 months. The above officials include: Colonel Pham Duc Diep, Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Luc, Head of the Department of Professional Records; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Duc Khoa, Head of the Department of Internal Security; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Hong Phong, Head of the Department of Criminal Techniques; Lieutenant Colonel Do Manh Hung, Head of the Department of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support; Lieutenant Colonel Duong Ngoc Vinh, Deputy Head of the Department of Staff. The above 6 officials are all under the management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police, acknowledged and highly appreciated the officers who applied for early retirement this time. They are all officers who have grown up from the grassroots, experienced many different fields of work but always maintained their political will and were absolutely loyal to the Party, the State and the people.
Colonel Bui Quang Binh suggested that the Party Committees and leaders of the units continue to do a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and soldiers, especially those directly affected by the streamlining of the organizational apparatus. The cadres identified that "innovation and arrangement of the organizational apparatus to be lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient" is a revolution, an urgent requirement of the practical situation, demonstrating the strong political determination of the Party Central Committee.
