Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center, said: "After 2 years of organizing the contest, we have seen that the sense of responsibility of bus drivers at operating units has gradually improved, demonstrated through voluntary compliance with the Road Traffic Law; civility, politeness, and friendliness in communication with passengers; safe driving, and compliance with traffic order. The change in awareness and actions of bus drivers has contributed to the goal of reducing congestion and ensuring traffic safety in the city."
