The Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee always acknowledges the contributions and dedication of the leaders. The request for early retirement is not due to any capacity or qualifications, but because the task is to arrange and streamline the apparatus,' said the leader of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.
