Mr. Ho Tan Hung said that he graduated with a degree in programming and spent 20 years studying and working in Ho Chi Minh City. However, with his love for his hometown Quang Ngai, he returned to his hometown to start a business.
“I love and am passionate about making pizza. More than a year ago, I opened the restaurant “Muoi Pizza”, with the desire to bring the quintessence of European cuisine closer to the people of my hometown,” Mr. Hung shared.
In culinary preparation, he flexibly adjusts and combines ingredients and flavors to suit the taste of the Central region, creating a fusion between European cuisine and the familiarity of his homeland.
All pizzas here are baked in a wood-fired oven in the traditional Italian way, creating a crispy crust with naturally charred edges.
Mr. Hung makes his own flour and ferments it naturally for 2-3 days, making the cake spongy, fragrant and easy to digest. The cheese is made fresh every week, and the vegetables and tubers are purchased from safe vegetable gardens and brought home for processing.
Pizza here is rated by customers as "strange, delicious" and suitable for Vietnamese taste.
"Peace in the hustle and bustle" is the feeling of diners when coming to the restaurant "Pizza Salt"
