AL JAZEERA. Pakistan is investigating a suicide bombing that killed five Chinese engineers and reviewing security arrangements for Beijing's projects in the country.

AFP. Iran has released all 18 Filipino crew members of an oil tanker seized in the Gulf of Oman in January.

YONHAP. South Korea calls on Israel to withdraw its decision to consider more than 800 hectares of land in the Jordan Valley in the West Bank as Tel Aviv land.

BLOOMBERG. The US Federal Reserve (Fed) recorded a record loss of $114.3 billion in 2023, forcing the Fed to stop transferring profits to the US Treasury while interest rates remain high.
