In which, APS and IDJ decided to dismiss Mr. Pham Duy Hung from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. The replacement of the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of APS and IDJ is Mr. Vu Trong Quan - Member of the Board of Directors.
